When carrying out Roofline installations, we undertake the entire project to the high standards you would expect of an installer with our reputation and experience. From the full survey to installation you will deal with fully-trained staff, all of whom are directly employed by us and who work to the strictest health and safety standards for working at height. We use dedicated access equipment and scaffolding where required.
Included in our complete service is the removal and safe disposal of any asbestos at a specialist waste company, complete removal of existing guttering, fascias, soffits and cladding and attention to building regulations for roof ventilation.
When installing your Swish products, we use stainless steel rust and corrosive free fittings, roofing felt is reinforced with Jumbo Tec (a hard plastic layer that forms a permanent drip into gutters) and we inspect timber rafters, either treating or splicing in new timber if required.
We always use Swish solid 20mm fasica and solid 9mm Soffit and install new fascia, guttering and downpipes in a wide choice of colours and styles. All installations are covered by a an insurance-backed 10 year guarantee and the colourfastness has a 15 year manufacturers guarantee for white profiles.
