Upon completion of your work you will be issued with a Dobsons guarantee. This gives you a period of dedicated after-care for either 10 years for windows, doors, roofline, conservatories and orangeries or six years for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms or home offices. During this time we will repair any faults or defects of items supplied and fitted by us during the installation free of charge, subject to compliance with the terms of the guarantee. Our service to you does not end with the completion of your installation. We endevour to attend to all calls promptly to return your product to full working order as quickly as possible and with the minimum disruption to you.
