Nearing the completion of your design and quotation, our designer will contact you to arrange a visit to our showroom for a presentation of their work. You will talk through your design and quotation with the designer, who will have the benefit of our extensive showroom to demonstrate various aspects of your design.
If, following your presentation, you are completely satisfied with the design and you wish to proceed, a 25% deposit will be taken and an appointment will be made with a surveyor. Alternatively our designer can make alterations based upon your discussions and invite you back into the showroom to discuss the changes made.
We do not charge for either our consultation or presentation service, however as of 1st April 2009 we make a small charge of £50 if you wish to take away your designs after your presentation. This amount will be fully refunded upon placement of your order and no other charge is made during the pre-installation period including subsequent alterations to your designs. The written quotation can be taken away to keep, free of charge.
