We employee a structural engineer to complete a survey of the proposed work who will produce sketch drawings detailing sizes of steel beams, lintels, brick piers and padstones backed up with calculations.
These are used to order the building materials and are forwarded with the building notice to your local council to prove the structural work has been designed in accordance with current building regulations. Again, the necessary building notice fee is included in our quotation.
